Forms for Rental Appointments
Please fill out the following forms before a CS Realty Realtor can meet you at the property. (first time clients only)
- Client/Broker Registration/Compensation Agreement
- Agency Disclosure Form
- Fair Housing Disclosure Form
iPhone Users- How to Fill Out & Return These Forms
- Open the form in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (□ with the ↑ arrow).
- Select Save to Files.
- Open the Files app and locate the form.
- Press and hold the form and select Duplicate.
- Press and hold the duplicate, select Rename, and enter your name.
- Open the renamed form and fill in all required fields.
- When finished, return to Files. Your completed form will save automatically.
- Reopen the completed form to make sure your information was saved.
- Open the Files app and locate the form.
- In the Files app, press and hold your completed form and tap Share.
- To Email: Select Mail, enter the recipient's email address, and send.
- To Text: Select Messages, enter the recipient's phone number or name, and send.
Android Users — How to Fill Out & Return These Forms
- Open the form link in Chrome and download the PDF.
- Open Files or My Files and locate it in Downloads.
- Press and hold the form, select Rename, and enter your name. Keep .pdf at the end.
- Select Share → Save to Drive.
- Open the Google Drive app and open the saved form.
- Tap Edit → Form Filling, then complete all required fields.
- Tap Save when finished.
- If a handwritten signature is needed, use the Annotate / pen tool to draw your signature, then save again.
- Reopen the completed form to make sure your information was saved.
- In Google Drive, tap the three dots beside your completed form and select Send a copy.
- To email: Select Gmail or your email app, enter the recipient’s email address, and send.
- To text: Select Messages, enter the recipient’s phone number or name, and send.
- Send the completed PDF attachment, rather than a Drive link.
