Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, and current information and update it as needed to keep it accurate and current.
Minimum age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register as a client.
Privacy: Your registration information and other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
Real estate license holders: If you hold any real estate license, including a broker's, associate broker's, or salesperson's license, you must notify CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc. by telephone, fax, email, or chat before accessing password-protected material, including property listings or other data compilations. We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any Real Estate Agent at our discretion.
Personal use of listing information: Property information is provided solely for your private use and may not be distributed or sold. You may use the Site's data only to evaluate properties for sale or purchase.
Existing representation agreements: You represent and warrant that you have not signed any agreement with a real estate agent or agency that would prevent you from using CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc. as your sole and exclusive agent. You do not have a contract or agreement with another real estate agent or agency such as a listing agreement or a buyer broker agreement.
Search criteria: You agree to limit your searches to properties within your anticipated purchasing ability or price range and consistent with your other criteria.
Contacting owners and visiting properties: You agree not to contact an owner or seller using information obtained through the Site. You will not attempt to enter a property or speak with its owner or seller without an appointment arranged by CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc.
Copyright restrictions: You agree to comply with all copyright restrictions applicable to the Site's content, including materials and data compilations copyrighted by CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc. or other parties.
Other buyers: You agree that CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc. may also represent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase properties that may meet Client's criteria.
Service provided "as is": To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," without warranty or representation of any kind, either express or implied, as to (1) the operation of the Website, (2) the information, data, services, or products provided through or in connection with this Service or (3) the ability, quality or reliability of any third party service provider accessed through or in conjunction with the use of this Service.
Disclaimer of warranties: CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc. disclaims any and all warranties, including, but not limited to: (1) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, usefulness, or content of or uninterrupted access to information, products or services and (2) any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access or, alteration of or use of record in connection with the use or operation of this service, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence or any other cause of action.
