A 10-minute walk to the Bronxville train, and about 37 minutes to Grand Central. Mornings here are simple. Coffee by the kitchen window above the treetops, then a short walk past the village shops to the platform. Evenings, you’re home in time to catch the last of the western light. This eighth-floor corner one-bedroom at The Bronxville Lodge shares its floor with just one other residence. All 843 square feet have been renovated from end to end. The dine-in kitchen pairs wood cabinetry with Sandstone counters, a glass tile backsplash, stainless appliances and a gas range. The bath has mosaic tile and a deep soaking tub. The living room and bedroom are both generously sized, with room for a home office on the days you skip the train, and every closet has been custom fitted. Hardwood floors, recessed lighting and upgraded doors run throughout. Downstairs, a gracious pre-war lobby and a newly refreshed shared terrace. The village shops, restaurants and farmers market are just a quick stroll away. Cats welcome.
