If you want us to refer your property to another Real Estate Company, CS Realty will donate 75% of the referral commission to the approved charity of your choice. (Check is made out directly to your & our approved charities* at closing)
If your property is also sold by a Realtor at CS Realty Relocation, 50% of the selling commission retained by CS Realty Relocation will also go to the approved charities* of your & our choice after the Realtor selling your property is paid. (This is in addition to the listing commission donation)

Craig will personally handle the sale of all properties listed for charitable purposes.
If you are buying property we will donate 50% of the commission retained by CS Realty Relocation after the Realtor selling your property is paid.
Q. What is an approved charity?
A. Organizations approved by the IRS for charitable causes.
Q. What do you mean by your & our choice of charity?
A. The seller and or buyer and CS Realty will split the amount and chose their charity(s) for donation(s). More than one charity can be chosen by each.
Q. Is the donation tax deductible?
A. For more information on charitable contributions, refer to Form 8283 and its instructions, as well as Publication 526, Charitable Contributions. For information on determining value, refer to Publication 561, Determining the Value of Donated Property. These forms and publications are available at http://www.irs.gov or by calling 800-TAX-FORM (800-829-3676).
Q. Is the donation from CS Realty Relocation or the Seller/Buyer?
A. The donation comes directly from the seller at closing (in lieu of commissions paid) and it is their responsibility to claim it as per IRS rules. If you are buying property the donation will be in lieu of commissions and paid at closing.
Certain Conditions apply
75% of listing commission* applies to all residential/commercial properties sold at or above $475,000 with a 4% total commission.
90% of listing commission* applies to all residential/commercial properties sold at or above $1,500,000 with a 4% total commission.
50% of listing commission* applies to all residential/commercial properties sold below $475,000 with a 4% total commission.
There is NO minimum sales price for donations made for purchasing property.

This offer is for sellers and buyers solicited by Craig for this program only. Does not apply to existing listings or buyers whom have or had an agency relationship with CS Realty Relocation, Craig Scher or it's agents. Offer limited to qualified sellers and buyers.
